We completely understand how overwhelming it is to have so many self care practices, mental health apps, books, blogs and resources you're supposed to ingest and tasks to do to manage this crazy life and have zero time, energy or motivation to act on any of it. You shouldn't have to feel worse or guilty for not being able to find alone time and a safe, private space to work on feeling fulfilled, confident, focused, motivated, less anxious and stagnant.

That's why we've created Esteam! This changes everything. We can't share too much yet, but while we build, we're gathering messages from some of the most inspirational women making waves in the mental health space and bringing them to you in a brand new practice.

Thank you for taking time to check out Esteam. I know it's a bit of a mystery for now, but I promise it will make sense when we chat. 

 

I created Esteam because in the midst of a deep depression and massive struggle with anxiety and feeling lost, isolated, scattered and useless, I found myself paralyzed, unable to do all the healthy habits that everyone said would help (meditate, listen to talks, podcasts, read the books, yoga, breathing exercises, counseling, therapy, etc.) 

 

After struggling for a couple of years, I actually came up with a practice that truly changed my life and helped pull me up to a better place. I NEVER even considered sharing it, let alone turn it into a business, but once people started seeing a difference in me and I started talking about my practice and having others try it, I realized I NEED to share this with people and turn it into something that ALL OF US DO on a regular basis. 

 

No, it's not another thing to make time for or add to your already overwhelming schedule. Confusing? I'll explain!
